Service Description

Thai yoga massage is done on a traditional Thai yoga mat on the floor. This session focuses on assisted stretching to increase range of motion and flexibility as well as compressions along energy lines. This session requires a certain level of flexibility allowing you to be on the floor on your back and on your knees/stomach. For this session you will be fully dressed in comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please call at least 24 hours in advance otherwise you will be charged 50% of session price automatically.
