Thai Yoga Massage

Service Description

Thai yoga massage is done on a traditional Thai yoga mat on the floor. This session focuses on assisted stretching to increase range of motion and flexibility as well as compressions along energy lines. This session requires a certain level of flexibility allowing you to be on the floor on your back and on your knees/stomach. For this session you will be fully dressed in comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. *Table Thai is also available upon request. This is where you incorporate Thai into a traditional massage on a massage table.
