Service Description

This is for first time clients. Your initial appointment is a 2-hour bodywork session focused on co-regulation for nervous system health. Session includes various massage bodywork techniques and tools to address armoring in the body due to nervous system dysregulation or complex trauma. This session includes utilizing many techniques to help find which is most medicinal for your body. Included is assisted stretching, vacuum cupping, hotstones, hot towels and red light therapy. Session is adapted and adjusted according to your needs and preferences.
