The Art of Somatic's with Rooted in Herbs Hosted by Momentum Yoga

Join Angelic & Ashley for a special event at Momentum Yoga in Morehead City.

Come learn about "The Art of Somatic's" and the depth of how our mind, emotions and body are connected. Explore the latest science in the polyvagal theory and the research that is reframing our understanding of safety and nervous system regulation. Angelic is a dynamic and international teacher and speaker who is an advocate for those who suffer with complex trauma and ptsd. As a Somatic Educator and Intimacy Coach she will explore with you how our early development and attachment styles play a significant role in our adaptive behaviors as adults and in our interpersonal relationship dynamics. Together we will learn some daily practices that can help us develop more nervous system flexibility for a life with more safety and stability.

Ashley Kundrat is an herbalist, yoga teacher and sound healer. This event will include a complimentary tasting of Ashley's personal blend of tea, "Nourish Your Nerves" from her line "Rooted in Herbs" as well as a  sound bath.
