Sunset, Somatics and Sound at the Beach

Come join me and Ashley on the beach in North Topsail at sunset for a yummy Somatics and Sound class! This class is for all body types and includes gentle yogic postures, breathwork, tapping, and other relaxation techniques. Somatic Yoga focuses on addressing nervous system dysregulation and vagal toning. These techniques help us to reconnect to our body awareness and help us build stronger nervous system functions. We will enhance this practice using sound (crystal singing bowls)  for deeper relaxation and parasympathetic function. 

Please bring a mat or towel to practice on as this works better in the sand. 

Pre-registration is required through the link if for some reason the weather is not on our side we will contact you with the information you provided at registration. 

We will be located at beach access NTB #31B located on the right-hand side, look for a gravel parking lot with stairs as soon as you turn on New River Inlet road.
