Sunrise, Somatics and Sound at the Beach

Join us for a beautiful sunrise morning practice. Enjoy the view while we engage with gentle yogic postures, breathwork and meditation that will be enhanced with singing bowls. Bring a large towel or sheet to practice on. Pre-registration is a MUST. If for some reason the weather does not hold up we will contact you directly with the information provided at registration for refunds. Parking is free at the beach until 8am. We will be located at the second beach entrance, once you step off the stairs we will set up to the left a little ways down.
