Somatic's and Sound with Rooted in Herbs

Join Angelic and Ashley for a Somatic's and Sound event! 

This class will include a complimentary tasting of Ashley's personal blend of tea, "Nourish Your Nerves" from her line "Rooted in Herbs".

This gentle practice will be focused on somatic techniques to enhance our body awareness, regulate our nervous system and connect us to a deeper state of presence. Come explore gentle yogic stretches, breath work practices, and self-soothing skills. 

Your experience will be enhanced with a sound bath with crystal singing bowls. This class is for all body sizes and focused on relaxation techniques that can be adapted and adjusted as needed.  No previous yoga experience is needed. 

This is limited to six people, pre-registration is needed.
