Somatic's and Sound with Rooted in Herbs

Join Angelic & herbalist, sound healer and yoga teacher Ashley Kundrat at Topsail Island Yoga & Counseling for a Somatics and Sound event!

This gentle practice will be focused on techniques to enhance our body awareness, calm our nervous system and connect us to a deeper state of presence. Come learn gentle yogic stretches, breath work practices, and self-soothing skills. 

Your experience will be enhanced with a sound bath with crystal singing bowls. This class is for all body sizes and focused on relaxation techniques that can be adapted and adjusted as needed.  No previous yoga experience is needed.
