Somatic Yoga and Sound Bath @ The Crooked Lotus

Join me and Ashley at The Crooked Lotus for a Somatics and Sound event! 

Trauma is stored in the nervous system and affects many different areas of our body and life. If you find yourself dysregulated and struggling to find your center give this class a shot. We will be focusing on techniques to enhance our body awareness, calm our nervous system and connect us to a deeper state of presence. Come learn gentle yogic stretches, various breath work practices, and self-soothing life skills. 

Your experience will be enhanced with a sound bath with crystal singing bowls. This class is for all body sizes and focused on relaxation techniques that can be adapted and adjusted as needed.  No previous yoga experience is needed.
