About the event

Join us for an evening of Somatic Sound Immersion! We will guide you in gentle stretches, breathwork, and relaxation techniques enhanced by drumming, singing bowls, and tuning forks. You also will receive complimentary "Nourish Your Nerves Tea" from "Rooted in Herbs" to assist in regulating your nervous system. 

Pre-registration is required, and space is limited to 4 people.
