Somatic Experiencing is an inclusive and trauma-informed space to learn and experience healing in new ways. This two-hour workshop includes elements of the following, all of which are adapted to everyone’s unique needs:

Gentle yoga postures

Breathwork

Tapping

Self-massage

Sound therapy

The sound immersion will introduce you to the healing vibrations of drums, crystal bowls and tuning forks. Sound baths can help us move deep into a present state of being and sensing while allowing us to experience a deeper meditative state.

More about your guest teacher:

Angelic is a dynamic educator whose background includes 7 years of working in an inpatient psychiatric facility, 11 years of Massage and Bodywork experience, over a thousand hours invested educating meditation and yoga, as well as working as a Red Cross volunteer with active duty service members at a traumatic brain injury center.

She is a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist, Certified in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy as well as a Registered Intimacy Coach with a focus on safe conscious touch for nervous system regulation.
