Resourcing for Mothers of Teens

Are you a mother with a child that is a teen or entering teendom? We are inviting you to join a few practitioners for an event built just for you.  We are providing a space to gather resources to help navigate motherhood during the transitional years of our littles becoming teens. 

We are bringing together a full event with four practitioners!

Angelic Elrod, a Somatic Educator helping with nervous system regulation and coregulation insight! 

Jess White, LCSW owner of Topsail Island Yoga and Counseling will offer a taste of grounding and restorative yoga practices. 

Natascha Carroll, Former high school counselor, and certified coach who specializes in teaching teens will offer coping strategies to identify and manage emotions for you and your teens. 

Ashley Kundrat, herbalist and sound healer, brings a complimentary taste of her "nourish your nerves" tea as well as performing a sound bath with singing bowls. 

This event is limited to 6 women! Pre-registration is required to attending.
