New Moon Event

Saturday, March 29, 2025 5-7pm

Join us for a special New Moon event with Nourished. by Angelic at Within Yoga and Wellness. This event will include a deeply reflective somatic practice that will be a blend of yin and restorative postures as well meditation and breath work. Together we will be tuning into the potent energy of the eclipse and spring equinox. New moons are times for planting seeds and setting intentions for the growth we want to see in our lives for the next six months. Together we will hone in on what growth we’d like to see for this year.

This practice will conclude with an extended savasana and a sound bath, also as a symbolic ritual to embody this time we will be planting flower bulbs that will become the place we return over and over again to re-attune to the intentions we have cultivated.
