Ireland Retreat - Somatic Restoration

July 20-25th 2025 we will be heading to Ireland! I am working in collaboration with Momentum Yoga & Wellness to create an amazing retreat in the lush beauty of Ireland. This trip will be a mix of rest and exploration. 

We will be staying at The Millhouse which  is steeped in history located in  Slane. Co. Meath Ireland about 30 minutes north of Dublin City. 

Built in 1766, The Millhouse and The Old Mill Slane,  were once considered the largest and finest complex of its kind in Ireland. In 2006, The Millhouse was creatively rejuvenated, and transformed into a hotel and wedding venue of unique character. 

Ireland is my personal favorite place in the world. Of all the places I have traveled, this one feels the most like home. Its rolling green hills and historic landmarks make it a mystical land to explore.
