Full Moon Extended Flow and Sound Bath

Join me for a 90-minute Full Moon Flow with meditation an extended savasana as well as a sound bath. This will be not only a full moon but the day of a potent eclipse. Lots of energy will be moving so we are going to go a little bit longer with our practices.

Relax and rejuvenate your body and mind as well as experience the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls with our special guest Ashley Kundrat!

This class will focus on strengthening postures and mindful movement.

This class is perfect for those with a basic foundational yoga practice that includes the capacity to flow through postures from standing to the floor with ease.
