Join us for a 75-minute Gentle Flow with an extended savasana and sound bath.

Relax and rejuvenate your body and mind as well as experience the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls.

This class will focus on strengthening postures and mindful movement.

This class is perfect for those with a basic foundational yoga practice that includes the capacity to flow through postures from standing to the floor with ease.
