At the core of co-regulation is the gift of sharing nervous systems. As children ideally our parents are our co-regulators. When we experience distress we turn to them for safety and soothing. One nervous system attunes to another. We as humans need this kind of connection to thrive. As partners, we also can help coregulate one another with conscious safe touch.

This3-hour workshop includes elements of the following, all of which are adapted to everyone’s unique needs: Gentle assisted stretches, Conscious relaxing touch, Breathwork, Tapping, Sound therapy, and more.

What to bring:

Comfortable clothing you can move freely in. Blankets and pillows or anything that helps facilitate a comfortable experience lying down. 

More about your educator:

Angelic is a dynamic Somatic Coach and Educator with a focus on treating trauma at a nervous system level. With 11 years of experience as a Massage and Bodywork Therapist, also over a thousand hours spent teaching meditation and yoga as well as a history in inpatient mental health care. She is a registered Intimacy Coach who works deeply with others to restore safety and connection through conscious touch and repatterning.
