Do you wish to expand your skillset with  creative ways to utilize conscious touch in your lives?

Would you like to enhance your ability to nourish and nurture through healing touch?

Safe touch leads to nourishment, to nervous system health and healthy brain development.

Conscious touch brings deeper body awareness, it reconnects us to the inherent wisdom, and intelligence the body holds.

Sensations are a physiological language, speaking to us.  In this workshop we will explore that language.

We will deepen our understanding of boundaries, consent and communication. Together we will explore what safe conscious touch means. And how healthy boundaries can enhance intimacy and connection.

You must be joining with a partner for this workshop. The ticket price is for two people.

What to bring:

A set of sheets and a pillow case you don’t mind getting oil on.  Clothes that are easy to slide in and out of  with ease and you also don’t mind getting oily. We will be practicing massage techniques around the body so I suggest wearing shorts or bathing suit bottoms to make transitioning easier.

If you have any particular skin allergies please inform me before the workshop so I can make sure not use or bring any of those products.
