Cello Enchanting is a 75 minute sound excursion with Luna featuring traditional mantra chanting, meditation guided by classical music patterns to promote a relaxed alpha state in the brain, gentle yoga accompanied by frequencies to resonate with each of the chakras, and an extended savasana serenade.
