About the event
Join us for a special Full Moon Flow with Nourished. by Angelic. This event will include a deeply centering somatic practice that will be a blend strengthening postures as well meditation and breathwork.
Together we will be tuning into the potent energy of the full moon known symbolically for being a time of releasing. Together we will move and flow utilizing the building energy of the moon phase and end with an extended savasana.
This event is limited to 12 people and requires pre-registration.
