Somatics and Sound Private 60 min

Service Description

This is an hour private session with both Angelic and Ashley. Your class can be curated to fit you and your groups need physically. It will include but not limited to: gentle stretches, breath work, tapping and relaxation techniques enhanced with the therapeutic benefits of crystal singing bowls. Your private session can include as many people as you'd like.
