Private Somatic's Class

Service Description

This is for one private session online or in person . You can invite as many people as you'd like if you are doing this as a group experience. Ages 11+ welcomed. Trauma is stored in the nervous system and affects many different areas of our body and life. If you find yourself dysregulated and struggling to find your center give this class a shot. We will be focusing on techniques to enhance our body awareness, calm our nervous system and connect us to a deeper state of presence.
