Intimate You Zoom Class

Calling all women looking for a place to deepen their understanding of intimacy. Together we will look at the early developmental stages of our attachment styles and how they may influence our interpersonal relational dynamics.

We will journey down the road of love languages and how our early exposure to touch can create barriers or blocks in our sensuality. This is an opportunity to navigate the taboo topics of sex education that is/was substandard for us all.

This is a call to begin to access the stuff that supports our relationship with pleasure and undo the shame and confusion that lingers in the grand scheme of women's sexuality.

We will address some of the taboos that come along with the history of suppression and religious damnation that is still influencing the way we navigate intimacy.
